C’è lo spirito di Bob Marley e delle sue origini nel cofanetto da quattro vinili che nel 1992 volle celebrare la sua carriera. Songs of Freedom è un insieme di registrazioni, concerti ed eventi incisi tra il 1961 e il 1980 e qui trasformate in quattro dischi che cercano di riassumere un’epoca segnata dalla grandezza di questo artista.

La raccolta è complementare all’antologia Legend, con quasi tutti gli stessi brani ma registrati in versioni e momenti differenti.
